Information clause
The controller of Users' personal data in connection with registration/logging in on the Portal website is Polska Wytwórnia Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (PWPW S.A.) with its registered office in Warsaw, at the address: ul. Sanguszki 1, 00-222 Warszawa.
The controller can be contacted by mail, at: ul. Sanguszki 1, 00-222 Warszawa, by electronic means, at: pwpw@pwpw.pl, by telephone, at: the central office 22 235 20 00
The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer who can be contacted on all matters concerning the processing of personal data by e-mail: iod@pwpw.pl or in writing at the address of the controller's registered office.
PWPW S.A. processes the User's personal data on the basis of the agreement concluded (Article 6.1, letter b of the GDPR) for the provision of services offered in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the regulations of the www.idissuer.pl website
In relation to the processing of personal data for the purpose of registration/logging on the ID Issuer website, the User has the following rights:

The right to access the data and the right to obtain a copy of the data:
at any time, the User has the right to request information about what personal data we store and has the right to obtain a copy of that data. -
The right to data portability:
when we process personal data by automated means, you have the right to receive a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used and readable format. This copy may be sent to the User or to an entity designated by the User. This only applies to personal data that has been provided to us. -
The right to rectification of personal data:
the User has the right to request the rectification of their personal data if it is incorrect, as well as the supplementation of incomplete data. -
The right to restrict the processing of personal data:
you have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, e.g. if you report that your personal data is inaccurate, in which case we will restrict the processing of your data until we have verified its accuracy. -
The right to request the erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten):
when the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected -
The right to file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Authority:
if the User considers that we process personal data in an inappropriate manner, he/she has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, at: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
The User's personal data may be transferred to:
- state authorities or other entities authorised by the provisions of law, in order to fulfil the obligations imposed on the controller.
- persons authorized by the controller, and entities processing personal data on behalf of the controller, e.g. entities cooperating with PWPW S.A. in particular within the scope of IT services, maintenance services, legal services or auditing services.
The User's personal data related to registration/logging in is not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and other international organisations, and PWPW S.A. does not make automated decisions, including automated profiling, on the basis thereof.
Personal data will be processed for the duration for which the User has registered/logged in to the ID Issuer website.
The provision of personal data by the User is a prerequisite for registration/logging in to the website.
